Terms of sale

• The online shop is operated by ENES'AI SUPERMARKET, NIPT .
• Prices are in Lek (L). The price shown when you confirm the order applies.
• Products are sold while stock lasts. If an item is missing when the order is prepared, the supermarket tells you and removes it from the total — it is never replaced without your consent.
• We deliver in Vlorë. The delivery fee and the free-delivery threshold are shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm.
• Payment is in cash when you receive the order. Card payment is not active yet.
• To cancel an order, message us on WhatsApp before it leaves for delivery.
• Check fresh products on delivery. If there is a quality problem, tell the courier or the supermarket the same day.

Order, invoice & WhatsApp

• Every order gets a unique invoice number (e.g. EA-2026-00148) with the exact date and time. With this number the staff find the order immediately.
• The PDF invoice contains the supermarket’s details, your details, the address, the Google Maps location link, the products, the coupon (if used) and the total. You can download it from the confirmation page.
• The invoice reaches the supermarket on WhatsApp. Without this step the supermarket does not start preparing — so do not forget the green button “Send the invoice on WhatsApp”.
• The courier opens the map link from the invoice and comes to the point you chose. They only call you if necessary.
• The order invoice confirms the order. The tax invoice is issued by the supermarket, as required by law, at payment.

Coupons

• Coupons are created only by the supermarket’s owner or managers.
• Each coupon is valid once only. Once used it is linked to the invoice number and no longer accepted.
• The % discount applies to products, not to delivery. One coupon per order.
• A coupon may have an end date. After it, or if the supermarket cancels it, it is not accepted.
• If the supermarket cancels your order, the coupon is returned to you. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The coupon code is printed on the invoice.

Privacy

What we collect: first name, last name, phone number, address, the location point you choose and — only if you enter it — your e-mail.

Why: to prepare and deliver the order, issue the invoice and contact you only when needed for the order.

Location is taken only when you press “Use my location” or place the pin on the map. We never track you while browsing.

Who sees it: the supermarket staff and the courier. The invoice travels through WhatsApp, so WhatsApp’s terms also apply to the message. We never sell data or share it with others for advertising.

How long we keep it: orders and invoices are kept as long as the law requires for sales documents; other data is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete your data and object to its use for marketing. You may also complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection.

E-mails, offers & coupons

• Without ticking the box: we use the e-mail only to send you the invoice and news about that order.
• With the box ticked: we send you the weekly offers, new products and, as a regular customer, personal discount coupons. Coupons for regular customers are sent by e-mail only.
• We usually send one e-mail a week — no more.
• Unsubscribing: every e-mail has an “Unsubscribe” link, or write to us on WhatsApp. Unsubscribing does not affect your orders.
• The box is never pre-ticked and your consent is stored with the date you gave it.
• We never share e-mail addresses.

Cookies

We only use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the site to work:

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If they are added in the future they will only be enabled after you accept them. The checkout map is loaded from the map provider when you open it. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
